Please note the following shipping requirements:
It is with deep regret that we address an issue that has become increasingly difficult for us to sustain.
We have observed a recurring pattern where multiple parcels are delivered to our warehouse without the required order details or screenshots being submitted in time. As a result, our team is compelled to repeatedly follow up with clients to obtain the necessary information and to request payment of outstanding invoices.
In addition, invoice payments are frequently received after due date and the applicable late payment fee of N$35.00 is often not paid. This creates significant administrative delays and places unnecessary strain on our operations.
SA 2 NAM Online Logistics is a small business committed to providing reliable and efficient service while maintaining our warehouse operations. With the addition of a new warehouse, we have more responsibility. However due to low payments, our current operating model is no longer sustainable. These challenges present unnecessary us operating the standard of service we strive to provide.
Effective Immediately:
- Parcels will not be shipped unless we have received the required order details and/or screenshots.
- If payment continues to be made after due date, we will be compelled to implement a payment-before-shipping policy.
- The N$35.00 late payment fee must accompany all overdue payments. Outstanding late fees will remain payable.
- No parcel will be shipped separately unless express shipping is requested and paid.
We respectfully request order details are provided on time and settle invoices on time to ensure smooth processing.

Facility Fee will be charged:
N$25 for small parcels and boxes
N$35 for large parcels and boxes
N$35 late payment fee as per invoice terms and conditions
